SURFROAM FAIR USAGE POLICY

The usage of the Surfroam Services is solely permitted for use with a personal device.

1. Terms of Usage:

1.1 The Surfroam Service is strictly for your personal day-to-day consumer or business use only.

2. Fair use details:

2.1 Customers must not use the Surfroam data service for any of the following:

a) Any machine-to-machine data application;

b) In ways that cause an adverse impact on other Surfroam customers or the Surfroam networks;

c) If you feel you have a use case that falls outside these guidelines, please contact us, and we can recommend an appropriate tariff or discuss your needs.

2.2 All data usage is subject to reviews, and Surfroam reserves the right to limit or regulate data usage where there is evidence of prohibited data usage. Surfroam's actions in this regard may include taking measures such as blocking or additional charges. We may also suspend, terminate, or restrict your data session, service plan, or service if you use your data in a manner that interferes with our other customers' service, our ability to allocate network capacity among customers, or that otherwise may degrade service quality.

2.3 If Surfroam has reason to believe that any of this policy is not being observed, Surfroam reserves the right to :

a) Apply additional charges;

b) Terminate access to the Surfroam Service.
