How to switch eSIM IMSI?

Surfroam uses multi-IMSI technology, which supports multiple IMSI profiles for different regions and networks. One Surfroam eSIM carries onboard IMSIs 2, 7, 10, 22, 25 and 26. Each country has a selection of IMSIs available with dedicated rates. You may switch IMSI manually to get a lower rate and broader coverage or use a predefined one selected automatically. It is a simple procedure.

Apple iPhone and iPad:

go to iPhone > Settings > Mobile Service > Surfroam eSIM (Connect) > SIM Applications > start it > you will see the following menu:

select *Mode >
set it to *Manual >
select *IMSI XX from the list > accept changes.

 

Android devices:

(The SIM Toolkit appears after Surfroam eSIM is set active alone. The icon looks like a SIM chip and may have different names, like SIM Applications, Profiles, STK or Tools)

Go to your phone applications screen and find the Application "SIM Toolkit.” > start it > you will see the following menu:
