The Surfroam Team is a group of telecommunications experts and innovators dedicated to providing seamless, affordable global connectivity. As a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) operating under a GSMA Operator Agreement, we have been at the forefront of telecom solutions since 2016.

With roots in computer science and nuclear energy, our team has been active in the telecommunications industry since 2006, bringing deep technical expertise and a passion for innovation. Headquartered in Estonia, with offices in the UK, Latvia, and Estonia, we are constantly expanding to serve a global audience.

Our Journey

The Surfroam project was launched in 2011 with a clear mission: to eliminate expensive roaming costs and provide travellers with an easy, reliable way to stay connected. This vision led to the official establishment of Surfroam’s parent company, Telecomer OU, in 2016, solidifying our place in the global telecom industry.

As demand for affordable international data grew, we expanded our operations by launching SURFROAM LTD in the UK and Telecomer SIA in Latvia, ensuring even greater accessibility and support for our customers worldwide.
