We have opened for each our Customer a separate webshop account. It allows you to see all your purchases, saved personal data, your SIM cards and eSIM credentials and will reduce the time for new purchases.
SIM Dashboard and Customer Account have different logins.
For access to the SIM Dashboard, you may still use your Surfroam SIM number and PUK code. To access your Customer Account, you use your email and your password. We will send for our every Customer special newsletter inviting you to activate your Customer Account.
Soon, the following functions will be available in your Customer Account:
*Current balance
*Account Status: PRO, Simple
*Etc
