Surfroam Balance top-up
Balance recharge is available via the MySurfroam app.
If you use an outdated SIM or eSIM (number starts with 7*), please consider purchasing a new updated SIM card or eSIM data plan.
In case if you are already using an outdated plastic SIM card in the middle of travel and going out of balance, you may purchase a new SIM card and contact our support. We will arrange your balance usage till the new SIM arrives.
The validity of the balance of any unexchanged, outdated SIM** ends on March 01, 2022.
