
1. Make sure you have strong WiFi signal
2. Go to Settings -> Mobile Data (Cellular) -> Data plans -> ADD Data plan -> scan QR and follow instructions in voucher we sent you to provided email
3.Then please set Surfroam APN globaldata.
You may find your profile APN settings on your iPhone: Settings > Mobile Data (Cellular) > DATA PLANS (Surfroam eSIM) > Mobile Data Network >
Enter APN globaldata (one word small letters no spaces) into sections Mobile Data, LTE and Hotspot if available.
Delete username and password if present.
